“Morkookids Cares for Thai Children’s Health” Project

(10 September 2024 - 14 July 2025)
Saturday School Foundation, in collaboration with the “Morkookids” application, organized the “Morkookids Cares for Thai Children’s Health” project to promote both physical and mental well-being among Thai children. A total of 14 selected students participated in the program, receiving continuous health care and counseling through real-time chat and video calls on the Morkookids application for 6 months at no cost.
Consultation Packages Provided
- Specialized Nurses: 15 minutes per session, up to 2 times per day
- Psychologists: 30 minutes per session, up to 5 times per month
- Progress Tracking: Pre- and post-program interviews, along with monthly monitoring
Activities on the Project Launch Day
- Positive Parenting session by a child and adolescent psychiatry expert
- Introduction to the Morkookids Application
- Monthly Progress Tracking System orientation for parents
Impact of the Project
- All 14 students received close physical and mental health care through online services
- Parents learned how to continuously monitor and support their children
- Schools and partner organizations observed positive developments in the students and gained insights for future child care initiatives
- Strong collaboration was fostered between schools, families, and the private sector, helping children grow holistically in both body and mind
