The “Esports Classroom” project, initiated by Garena Academy, is a long-term initiative designed to introduce students and educators to the world of gaming and esports careers. The project has been running annually since 2022 (Season 1) and is planned to continue, serving as a new approach to 21st-century learning.

Project Focus
This project goes beyond just playing games. It focuses on exploring the 18 diverse career paths within the gaming and esports industry. These include professions such as shoutcasters, esports coaches, broadcast team members, journalists, game developers, and game designers.
Activities and Highlights
Curriculum: The project provides a free curriculum, lesson plans, teaching slides, and video tutorials on the Garena Academy website, making the resources accessible to all schools for use in club activities, special interest groups, or elective classes.
Skills Development: The program includes an assessment of both Hard Skills (technical knowledge) and Soft Skills (emotional and social skills) that are essential for both professional and personal life.
Garena Studio Visit: Students get to visit the Garena studio to learn about the industry firsthand and have the opportunity to meet professional esports influencers and the Garena team.
Tournaments: Tournaments are organized within schools and among different teams, with the finals held at Garena Studio.
Scholarships: The Creative Design & Entertainment Technology College (ANT College) at Dhurakij Pundit University offers a 100% scholarship to the winning students and teams.
